Panasonic miniDV master > Final Cut Pro > Amadeus for 44.1 sample rate conversion, tracking and FLAC creation.

I have the miniDV master video ready to post as well, but I want to make menus for the DVD and I do not know the song titles. Any help here would be greatly appreciated by the entire community. This is audio is from the camera and is uncompressed.
