Continental Drifters
"Moments"
Bremen, Germany, July 10, 2000
Radio broadcast

In 2000 the "Moments" in Bremen saw the Drifters again, and Radio Bremen had the honor to do another recording. The 1996 recording can be found at http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=252494.
Many thanks again to lonetaper who pushed me to look at my Drifters recordings, to Nightshifted who clarified the origin of "Dedicated to the One I Love" and of course to the band who created these awesome shows.
What an exceptional band that was - and there's even the hope of a reunion, as they played a gig on May 1, 2009, in New Orleans. You can find a recording of that gig at http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=249047.

Artwork files are attached - better artwork is always welcome.

You can find a link to a mp3 sample in the comments section.

The way of the sound this time:

ADR (ASTRA Digital Radio) > VHS tape, stereo audio tracks > happy hard disk
Cutting, tracking, volume adjustment > FLAC > Dime

I stole a bit of the applause here and there to fit the recording on one CD.

ADR uses MPEG1 Layer at 192 kbps.

Enjoy the show!
