Corky Laing plays Mountain - 2016-02-11 - Flensburg, Germany (Kalle source) - 44.1 kHz - 16 bit
City/Date: Flensburg, Germany / 18th Dezember, 2015 (Thursday)
Venue: Roxy Music Hall
Equipent / lineage: Zoom H2n; internal MS mics, STEREO, MS-Raw modus (+2) --> WAV 24 bit/96 kHz. --> Audacity* (downsampled to 16 bit/44.1 kHZ FLAC, level 5).
Audacity used to cut the tracks and downsample to CD quality and remaster the banter between the songs.
Caution - slight remaster:
Normally I don't remaster my recordings and leave them as the are. I just zoom in and zoom out the concerts. But this time I boosted the banter between the songs a bit, because the are very silent and Corky told a lot of fun. I kept the songs itself as they were.
Tagging with "mp3 tag".
Recording postion:
There were not much people at the Roxy. Roundabout 50 people. A pity. I stand in the middle of the first row in front of Joe Venti with my son. The first songs you can slightly hear an air conditioner, because it was very cold. Later it was pulled off.
Live as it was.

It was a fantastic concert with good sound. The first time I saw them. I only knew the old albums with Leslie West, Felix Pappalardi and Corky Laing.
We had a lot of fun. All are great musicans. Alle three handled lead vocals on certain songs.
Normally the drumset is behind the frontmen. Here the drumset was built up in the front, right side. Corky Laing is not only a very skilled and special drummer. He's also a great showman, who really entertaines the audience and has a lot of fun at the show.
Watch them if you have the chance. I was really impressed. Great songs.
This recording is for free. Don't sell it anywhere.
