OldNeumanntapr Notes:
The story was that this recording started off as an audience master until Dick got the OK to plug into the board, which he did after the fourth song. (The audience portion was recorded with Radio Shack omni microphones.) The very beginning of 'Crossroads' is missing when the recorder was being plugged into the board. I copied Dick's master tape in the late 80s, with a Toshiba PC-X10 >Sony TC-153SD. The Graduate in Isla Vista started off as a Bank Of America branch until, as I was told, it was was burned during a Viet Nam War protest in the 1970s. In later years the Graduate was renamed 'The Anaconda', and had new owners. I'm not even sure if the club is still there, but if it is it's going by a different name. I recorded two blues acts there in the early 90s.
