TheCommish notes: Our ever-generous friend Mexminute really wanted to share this recording, so here it is. I can't say I had ever heard of this group, but they're sorta country, sorta Western Swing. People who enjoy the musical stylings of artists like Commander Cody and Bob Wills will no doubt enjoy this band.

Mexminute based the date of this recording on the fact that after the first album was released, Charlie Crane was replaced with someone else. He also mentioned that two of the group's members have a great reputation in the music world: Barry Sless plays on and off in the Phil Lesh & Friends group (as well as many other bands--NRPS, etc.) and Deanna Bogart has released many CDs on her own and through Rounder Records.

If you decide to download this show, won't you please consider posting a comment on the show's board? It only takes a moment, and believe me, it takes A LOT longer to prepare/upload a show for others to enjoy than it does to download and run.

And won't you please consider thanking Mexminute for sharing this mighty fine show with us?
