Soon after this show Baird, former frontman for the Georgia Satellites, was dealing with a major health issue.

The musician, who fronts Dan Baird & Homemade Sin and performs in the Yayhoos, is undergoing treatment for an inherited form of leukemia.

Baird, 63, was recently sent home from the U.K.in Aug 2017 where Homemade Sin was playing at the Ramblin’ Man Fair, after being diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia

However the band has since played lots of shows in 2018, sohopefully Dan is in remissions and with us for many more years to come.
