Tonight's show features a session with multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Darrell Scott.
The songwriter behind country hits for Sara Evans (Born to Fly), Travis Tritt (It's a Great Day To Be Alive) and The Dixie Chicks ( Long Time Gone) Darrell is also an acclaimed recording artist and instrumentalist and is currently touring Europe as part of Robert Plant's 'Band of Joy'. His epic new album 'Crooked Road' is his sixth solo studio album, and follows a man's journey through life and love. Darrell self-produced the album, recording it in his home studio and playing all the instruments himself. It follows his 2008 release 'Modern Hymns', a collection of songs by his musical heroes including Paul Simon, Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell and Bob Dylan.
In 2007 Darrell won the Americana Music Association song of the year with 'Hank William's Ghost' which appeared on his album 'The Invisible Man'.
