This was the first of a series of concerts celebrating Wolfgang Dauner's 75th birthday.
The conceptual design of the evening was set up by his wife Randi Bubat.

Unfortunately I arrived very late at the venue due to a heavy traffic jam. I was told that the evening had started with along piano solo performance of W. Dauner, followed by a piece accompanied by the drummers Wolfgang Haffner and Flo Dauner and a duet of W. Dauner and Jean-Luc Ponty. Upon my arrival he played another duet, this time with Klaus Doldinger. Half way into the tune my recording starts:
