Here's another fine Jim F. recording brought to you by TheCommish!

Setlist:
01. Ruth intro/No recording comment
02. Tracks In The Dust
03. In My Dreams
04. Little Blind Fish
05. He Played Real Good For Free
06. Band intro
07. Guinnevere
08. Dream For Him
09. Long Time Gone
10. Déjà vu
11. My Country 'tis Of Thee

Bonus: Last 2 songs of Judy Collins' set w/ Crosby
12. In My Life (Beatles)
13. Teach Your Children

Note: Track 11 was the encore in Crosby's set.

Lineage: ALD/SBD > D8 (listen box--from the parking lot) DAT > CDR > TheCommish,
then: CDR > EAC > Wave files > Editing (see below) > FLAC Frontend > FLAC

Editing notes:
* Show was recorded out-of-phase; show was phase-corrected (to be "in-phase") via Cool Edit Pro
* Re-tracked entire show by combining in Nero's wave editor and re-splitting the show with CD Wave
* Using Nero's wave editor, applied a small fade-out to Track 01, Track 11 and Track 13 (after deleting 37 seconds of unneeded audience applause), and applied a small fade-in to Track 02 and Track 12.

TheCommish notes:
There's quite a bit of banter between tracks, and I realize that tracking the show can be a matter of personal taste. I re-tracked the show in such a way that the song introductions are at the beginning of each track (as opposed to having each track start with the first note of the song). If you prefer to have the songs starting at the beginning of each track (with the song intro stuck at the end of the preceding track), then feel free to re-track the show for your own personal use and enjoyment.

ALD (assisted listening device) soundboard recordings are usually knocked for their "thin" sound quality (high amount of treble, not enough bass), but I don't think that's a real issue here at all. As such, Jim's files have been unaltered for sound quality (i.e., no EQ performed)--if some of you prefer to have more bass in your ALD recordings, I'll let you do your own EQ work since it then becomes a matter of personal taste. As for me, I think the show sounds great, as-is.

Jim F. notes:
(regarding his ALD-SBD shows): "ALDs (fm-sbd) perfect captures in most or all cases..however somewhat lacking bass..more than regular fm..The best place to rec these shows was from the park lot..! the signal was the best there..!"

If you decide to download this show, won't you please consider posting a comment on the show's board? It only takes a moment, and believe me, it takes A LOT longer to prepare/upload a show for others to enjoy than it does to download and run.

And won't you please consider thanking Jim for this mighty fine show?
