This is an EXCELLENT soundboard DAT recording of Crosby and Nash. Actually this will be the first of three shows (January 17, 18, and 19). It is from a clone of the Master. If you heard them before they are very casual shows and they are having fun (as usual). Crosby is VERY talkative. He talks a long time on a few occasions that I actually made them their own track! Wasn’t this around the time when Storytellers was popular?

It was recorded very well. However, the taper did pause between encores so I had to smooth over some of the splices. I would rate it an A sound wise. All I did to it was transfer it into WavePad adjusting the levels along the way to keep the sound consistent, primarily between songs. During the first 30 seconds or so the taper is adjusting volumes, so you will hear a sound change. I almost cut it out, but fearing the wrath of the purists, I kept it in. It doesn’t affect the show anyway…… Of course I separated tracks (using CD Wave Editor) and faded in and out between discs. But other than that, I think you will all enjoy. I’ll add some .mp3 samples for you.
