Recording setup:
3 channel cassette master recorded on Yamaha MT44D which could record 4 channels at standard cassette speed in one direction on a cassette with Dolby C noise reduction. This was the only 4 channel cassette deck available that gave decent performance without requiring the double speed that other 4 channel cassette recorders used (which wouldn't have been as practical for live concert recording).
For this show there is one soundboard channels and 2 PZM (Pressure Zone) microphone channels. The microphones were mounted on the low ceiling over the left & right sides of the stage.
Dolby C Maxell UDXL-S cassette masters copied with Yamaha MT44D (Dolby C decoded) to Apple Macintosh with Echo Layla interface & Cubase VST24 4.1r2 software and then digitally time aligned and mixed with Pro Tools 6.4 software.
