OldNeumanntapr Notes-
This recording had pretty good sound, but needed a lot of work to fix little things. First off, someone had transferred the DAT master, which must have had dirty heads, using the Track At Once setting on the CD burner. This results in those annoying two-second gaps between tracks, which drives me batty. So they had to go bye bye. In addition, the random bits of static, from the afore mentioned dirty DAT heads, needed to be taken out by cutting out very thin slices of audio in Audacity. Also, each disc started with a loud ‘click’ noise, which needed to be removed, again, using Audacity. If that wasn’t enough, the person who originally transferred the recording had placed an unnecessary index in the middle of ‘Well, Well, Well’, at the start of the drum solo midway through the song. So, I had to combine the original track six and track seven from the first disc, after first removing the two second gaps. Hopefully now this recording is easier to listen to, after having been cleaned up quite a bit.
