It was an interesting evening as the venue "forgot" to contact the sound company to be there so we could have
sound, duh! They got in touch with Jeff ? who has a band locally. He finished his gig, broke down, and got there
about 9:45. He did a temporary set up without monitors for the 1st set, nice work as we were running at 9:58. During
setbreak, he installed a more substantial system. I thanked him after the show for his efforts. As a result of the
situation, there were long patches of nothing between a few songs in the first set, so I removed about 7 minutes
of nothing. No music was confiscated.
