1) There's a 1-2 second dropout and a couple 1-3 second fades at the beginning of track 13, and a 5-6 second dropout in the middle of track 14.

2) The bonus track was filler on the cassette master. It's from an FM broadcast. Unknown performance date, but judging from the announcer's voice (and the other micgram shows i've seeded here), it's probably from On Broadway or Mabuhay Gardens in San Francisco.
