notes from Smores: the Dee Snider and the Sick Motherfuckers idea was started at the Rock Ridge Saloon in December 1994 when Dee fronted a band of Robin Finck/Twiggy Ramirez/Mike Allan doing all Twisted Sister songs. With that success, Dee put together a band called the Sick Motherfuckers and started playing shows in the New York City area in the summer of 1995. It started out as 5 dates to "test the waters" which was eventually expanded to many more over the years. This was the first official show of Dee Snider and the Sick Motherfuckers' initial 5 show run [mothers/the wave/kahoots/tuxedo junction/cpi] of which I taped the first four.

This show is another from the collection of Smores who is working to get many old shows transferred and uploaded for others to enjoy. Some of these shows are seeing the light of day after all of these years- some for the first time since they were taped!
