Deep Purple - 071022 - Royal Purple - Royal Arena Copenhagen Denmark
For the record:
I myself, will take care of uploading this to other spaces, so i ask anyone downloading here, not to attempt such.
Situated right at center from stage, optimal placed middle, around an estimated maybe 50 - 60 Meters from stage, in full view of the mixer.
Caught in the act with a Q2 Zoom at 44/16 Wav output to PC
As channels came out a bit uneven, the levels adjusted, and a light apply of sound adjustment.
Always to do these things if needed, as the concert is fresh in mind.
From where I sat it sounded apx this.
No so called remastering can alter that, so it is not at all appreciated is someone attempts.
Dont do it, instead bring your own recorder, record shows - and share them wide, at friendly places so you share your experience with equal minded friends and fans.
Tracking and adjustment in Adobe Audition
Track cut in LP Ripper

The long awaited concert, been waiting since the early 2020 for this gig.
Pandemic, postponed it several times, but finally. :-)
The enormous venue, is one of the newest in the Copenhagen area, can house up to 17.000 spectators, all according to how its arranged.
Not exactly sure how many was attending that evening. But it looked pretty full.
Was a bit afraid that some sound might be lost in the big airspace in there, yet it worked quite well,
McBride's guitar was a bit low in the opening tracks, it seemed adjusted well into "Pictures of home"
Don Airey incorporated two Danish anthems in his solo.
"Den danske sang er en ung blond pige" and "Wonderful Copenhagen"
First title was not very long - and translates into, "The Danish song treasure is a young blond (or fair) girl"
Very nice insertions.
A funny little intro to Smoke On The Water was introduced, listen, and enjoy :-)
It has to be said, that even though a lot of these songs have reached quite a high age in its life cycle, they still feel very comtemporary, fresh as blossom on a spring day.
But they're best enjoyed live - i mean LIVE
Deep Purple is still, after so many years, probably one of the absolutely best concert tickets you can get out there, if not the very best - AND: Its is LOUD, VERY LOUD.
The Band:
Ian Gillan - Vocals
Ian Paice - Drums
Roger Glover - Bass
Don Airey - Keyboards
Simon McBride - Guitars
Big Ian was clearly enjoying himself, whilst keeping the voice safe for any upcoming outburst.
He might seem a little withdrawn at times, but present and much enjoyable throughout.
Paicey, with the monitor frequently zooming in, snatching his cat paw drumming, precise as clockwork, you can't really have anything but huge respect for his ongoing ability and insertions of very attractive and absolute outrageous drumming
Roger; smiling, stabile, and loud as if nothing else mattered. Such treats, throughout the show.
Don, had a lot of the locomotive role in this show. His hammond still roars in my ears
And Simon, what a guy!
Plays the classics faithfully, yet often adding a little of the personal influence.
Im exited to see, what can possibly come out of a new album, including him.
