Derek Trucks Band

BBC Session

Maida Vale Studios, London

All tracks were recorded on the same date but the last track was broadcast
separately.

The tracks were recorded for the Paul Jones blues (trad r&b) show on BBC Radio 2.

The session was broadcast on 29th June 2006 (I don't have the session recording date but it wasn't 'live to air').

Paul usually plays three of four session tracks by one artist in each show.
The fourth un-broadcast session track appears on the website but the sound quality is below par (320kbps down to 176kbps & lower).
Occasionally, Paul will broadcast a session 'mop-up' in which he plays the 'missing' fourth track on air.
He played the fourth track from this session 'Chevrolet' on 8th March 2007.

I recorded these tracks myself with the following lineage:

FM > Denon Tuner (Ext aerial) > Pioneer PDR609 Stand alone CDR > WAV > FLAC

Minor editing for fades using Wavelab lite.

Tracklisting:
d1t01 Crow Jane
d1t02 All I Do
d1t03 I Wish I Knew (How It Would Feel To Be Fee)
d1t04 Chevrolet

Sound quality is as good as it gets from broadcast material.
