This is the fourth of four sets I recorded from the New West Records 15th Anniversary Party, a showcase event from the 2013 Americana Music Association Festival. I recorded Buddy Miller, Max Gomez, Delbert McClinton and The Devil Makes Three.

Midnight at the Cannery. The Devil Makes Three played a short yet very energetic set in support of their upcoming release titled "I'm A Stranger Here" due for release October 29th. The record was produced by Buddy Miller who played guitar on track 7. If anyone knows the name of this track (and track 1) please let me know.

Around track 5, I was forced to relocate and you can hear this on the recording. This young hipster kid who was standing nearby was so overcome with enthusiasm that he wrongly assumed everyone was there to see him engage in his own special, highly percussive version of tapdancing. Doc Marten's make a hell of a lot of noise when violently stomped on hardwood floors. The other attendees as well as my microphones found it a bit too much to handle. Surprisingly, nobody told him he was being a dick.
