The second night of a thirteen night residency at Wembley Arena on the Brothers Of Arms tour captured by JimCT. We're not sure if this night circulates but if it does circulate this is the first time being available directly from the master tapes.

JimCT gives us a few more details around the night:

I went to London to see the 3 Springsteen shows at Wembley Stadium. In the morning paper of 5 July I read about the Prince�s Trust benefit show that Dire Straits did the night before, attended by Prince Charles and Princess Diana. The article went on to say that Dire Straits was playing a multi-night stand at the Arena, so I took tapes and batteries and my trusty Sony D6C tape deck and ECM-939 microphone and hoped to scalp a ticket. I got in this night, and the next as well AFTER the Springsteen show.

The band was playing beautifully after spending two months on the road, Jim did a great job capturing the complete performance with a rich frequency spectrum. The quieter songs and segments really shine.
