This was a great performance by District 97. It was my first time seeing this band and I was blown away.

Besides being a very serious and skilled band in their own right, District 97 was to be John Wetton's backing band for his appearance on The Cruise to the Edge. Unfortunately John Wetton lost his battle with cancer. You can find out what they would have sounded like by checking out the John Wetton / District 97 commercial release "One Red Night". It's a great album with some off the charts performances.

District 97 performed a complete set of originals and added performance of Starless that features Dennis Mahon on lead vocals.
