Working our way through TapeTyrant's Master tapes for the crazy good "TapeTyrant Master Series" one thing has become clear. Not only does he have an outstanding master archives, he also has a very impressive archive of uncirculated 1st gens and soundboards.

Looking for the best way to present those since they can't be part of the master series but critical to get out none the less, we landed on a TapeTyrant second series to be known by the creative title the "TapeTyrant Archive Series". This series will feature uncirculated Soundboards, low gen (mostly 1st) uncirculated audience captures and upgrades.

Volume 18 is a master class from the king(s) of Flatpicking Doc Watson & Jack Lawrence.

There is a Doc Watson Live At The Bottom Line Archives release but it is not this show (or year).

Good lord that string work is sublime, this one is not to be missed!

We owe TapeTyrant a big debt of gratitude for allowing me the honor of mastering and sharing his archives with all of us in what I hope are the definitive editions.

Get into those closets, basements and attics and let's get those uncirculated captures and upgrades out!

Artwork is included.
