Transferred and Flac'd for the first time ever, for everyone to enjoy.

There might be another source of this, which i haven't heard.

This is most likely a 2nd or 3rd gen copy. Probably with a normal bias tape in the lineage.

There were noticeable segments of tape hiss at the end of each tape and during the cuts that i could visually see and hear.

Which indicates that it's possibly a few gens down the line.

This concert had Billy Joel join on stage and performed Desperado.

Band Lineup:

Background Vocals - Marilyn Martin
Bass Guitar - Jennifer Condos

Recording Notes:

After Track 05, there was a tape stop.

Track 06 cuts in. a tiny bit missing.

Track 07 has a tape cut at the 4:49 min mark. a tiny bit missing.

Track 08 has a tape stop / start at 1:19 min mark. That created 2 seconds of silence of missing music.

Between Tracks 08 and 09 there was a tape flip during the crowd cheer. No music missing.

Between Tracks 16 and 17 there was a tape flip during the crowd Cheer. No music missing.

During Track 18 near the very beginning has a tape stop / start. That created 2 seconds of silence of missing music.

The sound quality is rather thin and tinny. It's lacking low end bass. It's airy and distant.

I did a lot of adjustments on this. When the hand claps started, the microphone had the tendency to withdrawl and pull back and reduce the volume

of the music and the claps would spike. During some of the songs I selected and reduced individual hands claps that were over the top of the music

(mostly at the beginning and endings of the songs) I reduced hand claps by 6 to 10 decibels.

This allowed me to boost those weakened areas and raise and balance the music with the rest of the wave.

I just tried to pull up the music whenever possible. No EQ applied.

There were weird cuts and stops in strange places. I found 2 repeated sections which i removed and seamlessly pieced back together.

Besides the random cuts, this is basically complete.

Check out samples and decide if you want this.
