Original Notes for 3-7-67

Sound quality is A-. There is a small amount of hiss. The mix is somewhat odd with Morrison's vocals just in 1 channel. I don't know how this compares to other versions of the same material. I'd be happy to take it down if it turns out the other material out there is better. This is *not* (to the best of my knowledge) from any bootleg material and there are *no* EAC generations here.

There were no digital glitches. I took out a few pops along the way. There was no editing of the sound.

Original Notes for 3-10-67

This is from the same DAT source as 3/7. This one is a better balanced recording. Still with a minor amount of hiss. From the EZT comments on 3/7 it is suggested that this is an upgrade to many boot CD sources for this material. "The End" ends abruptly, but I suspect this is how they did it and not a tape problem.

29:54 reel flip removed - not much music missing
35:40 0.5 second dropout removed
