To the best of my knowledge there is only a Television source for this show.
It is a seemingly rare version in that it completely skips the Oedipus Rex lyrics part of the song where Morrison would sing; "The killer awoke before dawn/he put his boots on..." That section of the song reaches a dramatic climax with the lines, "Father / Yes son? / I want to kill you / Mother, I want to fuck you!"
