I consulted a friend who's way into Earthless about the set list and even he was confused after Godspeed. Hopefully I didn't botched the tracking too bad as this should probably be four tracks. Unfortunately the "Cherry Red" encore is missing. Baroness politely asked not to be recorded due to the fact that two shows at the end of the tour were being recorded for a possible official release. Cool, no problem. I've recorded them before and could have played the "what if I tape but give my word it won't be circulated?" card but I wasn't in the mood. Soooo, Earthless finishes their set and I start unplugging cables. Two or three minutes later they are back. The FOH made a comment about only having a couple minutes left so it felt like an unplanned last minute deal. Being that I was already half way tore down I just said damn it and continued. That's the story of the missing "Cherry Red." As far as the set goes I thought it was pretty intense. I don't listen to a lot of jammy psychedelic stuff but Earthless executes it extremely well. Support them by buying the official releases through their label Tee Pee Records.
