Dear "Dime" Members,
Sincere apologies to those that waited for our return in 2014.
2015 will be a better year here, hopefully.
Thanks to all of you who download these shows in the past and left "thanks" etc....
Thanks to "William Tell" and ALL his Swiss & German & Italian taper friends.
Lastly thanks to the Dime Mods for putting up with Me.
Once again i would like to ask those that still have such "treasures" tucked away,
to please consider sharing them the way these generous people have.
None of us are getting any younger and what good will any of your recordings be when you're DEAD!

"Zubbid" Notes; (*) The Captain Beefheart song, although the recording cuts before they manage to get to any lyrics The Captain would have recognized. This was a staple for them (a version was recorded and issued on a single as a sort of mash-up with The Shadows' 'Apache'). There are some other versions around that feature this 'what am I gonna do about my children' preamble, which is all we get here.
"Zubbid" Notes; (**) This is the title given to this piece as it appears on their Feb 1971 BBC 'In Concert' show you can buy on MP3 from Amazon. At this stage it's essentially a heavily adapted cover of 'See That My Grave is Kept Clean' (as by Blind Lemon Jefferson and others); but might accurately be described as an early version of 'It's Not You' from their subsequent 1972 'In Side Out' LP. Same music, but it doesn't have the familiar lyrics yet.
As always, special thanks to Dime Member "Zubbid" for help with the song titles as well as the musicians line up!
Musicians;
