Even though living in the Dallas area all my life I never got to see Edie Brickell
and The New Bohemians in their early days. So, when this show came up I knew I had to
get tickets. They played 3 nights at the Kessler the first 2 sold out so fast I never
even had a shot so when the third show came around I did not hesitate and it sold out
just a quick so I was lucky I got in.

Since it was Easter Edie brought up a bag of Easter basket gifts that she threw out into the audience.
3 of the songs were what she termed Austin rehearsal made up songs. Shark was an older jam they use to
do just to fill time in the set when they did not have a lot of their own songs. And as a Who/Pete Townshend
I really loved them doing Let My Love Open The Door.

Enjoy!
