Note: The Sony JE530 is a minidisc recorder, however

of a minidisc device in this lineage there is no MD/

4. Daniel > Your Song// 5:52
Total Time : [20:03]

Only a couple of seconds are cut at the end of Your Song (the FM-
recorded cassette - NOT the BBC recording - ran out).

Editing:

(1). Normalised.

(2). Tiny fades at the start/end of each track.

(3). Adjusted speed by 2%. This was based on a non-scientific, subjective
feel for one of John Peel's comments on the master tape - which sounded
fast. In Adobe Audtion, a stretch of +1% sounded just about equally not-
quite-right as +3%, so I settled for +2% (lengthens audio, ie causes
music to play back over a longer time, ie plays slower).

(4). handful of FM clicks removed using Audition click removal.

Some static and hiss remains - noticable on headphones or during
quiet sections (and especially during first 32 seconds of track 01).
