The Jump Up! Tour 1982

Source: FM Broadcast
Lineage:Broadcast>Maxell UDXLII casette tape>WAV>FLAC8 (except as noted with #, that lineage is CDR>WAV>FLAC8)

Artwork: Yes, from a different bootleg version (as well as several pictures I took a month earlier at Red Rocks Amphitheater, in Morrison, CO, on June 13, 1982)

This show has been on Dime before, as I uploaded a version in February 2009 (and there was another version uploaded in 2006), but this is not a reseed. I am sure many of you already have a version somewhere in you collections. This version is from my first generation tape I made when it was originally re-broadcast in December 1982, which I just transferred to digital. The show I previously uploaded was from unknown origin, but was still great quality. When this show was re-broadcast in Denver (on KAZY-FM, if I remember correctly), I believe they got the tapes mixed up and started the show mid-set (but played the entire show, ending with "Pinball Wizard", I think they put the second tape on first). I missed the very beginning but they must have started the show with "Ticking" as I missed "Ticking", "Elton's Song" and "Chloe" and started my recording a minute into "Where to Now St. Peter?". The station also did not play the "Daniel", "Crocodile Rock" and "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin On/I Saw Her Standing There" encores at all. Anyway, to summarize my really long, confusing (boring) story, I have included the missing songs with versions from the other source I previously uploaded, and replaced "Where to Now St. Peter?" and "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting" with the complete versions from the same alternate source. Finally, my versions of "Where to Now St. Peter?" and "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting" (tape flip at the beginning) are included in a separate folder.

I thought this was worth uploading as the I know the lineage (first generation) of the majority of this show, and it is certainly not a downgrade from what I have heard elsewhere. The alternate source versions are also excellent, resulting in a really good show.
