Thanks once again to JEMS for providing the WAV file. I used Audacity to split it into tracks, smooth over the tape flip and encore break with brief fades, fade in the first second of track 1, and fade out the last three seconds of the last track.
Additional lineage: WAV > Audacity (track splits, fades) > TLH > FLAC 6 (align on SB) > Foobar2000 (flac tags).

Notes:
JEMS master recording. Good to Very good audience recording. Brief tape squeals in "Oliver's Army" and "Lipstick Vogue" lasting a tenth of second each. JEMS also recorded the first show the following night in New York.
Additional notes:
- includes one of nine known performances of "Idle Hands", an early version of "Temptation"
- includes the third known performance of "High Fidelity", in its the original arrangement, which Elvis later described as 'after the fashion of David Bowie's Station To Station album'
- brief tape squeal at 0:47 of "Oliver's Army" and 1:38 of "Lipstick Vogue".
- tape flip after "Big Boys"; "Lipstick Vogue" fades in on the opening notes; only a few seconds missed.
- Elvis name-checks Passaic after "Goon Squad" and during the intro to "Radio, Radio".
- rudimentary artwork included in torrent.
