2008 edits by john234: In 2006 persic noted that the "indexing is suspect
as elvis got me with some false endings". I retracked the false endings
(Kid About It, Mystery Dance, and Clowntime Is Over), did some other minor
retracking, separated "Beyond Belief" and "Clubland" into their own tracks,
and smoothed over the tape flips and encore breaks with brief fades.
Editing lineage: flac > Audacity (retracking, fades) > TLH > FLAC 8 (align SB) > Foobar2000 (flac tags).
