"Lonely Man" was recorded 11/07/1960 at Radio Recorders, Hollywood.
Both a solo version (for the "Wild In The Country" film) and this
version (backed by the studio band) were recorded. The version
featuring the studio band would be released as the B-side to the
"Surrender" single release.

"Happy Ending" was recorded 08/30/1962 at Radio Recorders, Hollywood
for the "It Happened At The World's Fair" film soundtrack sessions.

"Slowly But Surely" was recorded 05/27/1963 at RCA Studio B, Nashville.
Colonel Tom Parker found multiple uses for the song. When it was
determined that additional material was required to make the "Fun In
Acapulco" soundtrack into a full-length LP, the song was chosen as one of
two bonus tracks required for that purpose. Sixteen months later, the
song was employed in the film "Tickle Me" because the studio producing
the movie was near bankrupcy & had no money in its budget to commission
new songs. Thus, the song found official release for the second time in
eighteen months on the "Tickle Me" soundtrack EP.

"If You Think I Don't Need You" was recorded 07/09/1963 at Radio Recorders,
Hollywood for the "Viva Las Vegas" film soundtrack sessions. It was co-
written by Elvis' longtime friend & Memphis Mafia member Red West.

"So Close, Yet So Far (From Paradise)" & "My Desert Serenade" were
recorded 02/25/1964 at RCA Studio B, Nashville for the "Harum Scarum"
film soundtrack sessions.

"Everybody Come Aboard" & "Frankie & Johnny" were recorded 05/13&14/1965
at Radio Recorders, Hollywood during the "Frankie & Johnny" film sound-
track sessions.

"Stop, Look & Listen" & "Am I Ready" were recorded 02/16/1966 at Radio
Recorders, Hollywood for the "Spinout" film soundtrack sessions.

"How Can You Lose What You Never Had" was recorded 02/21/1966 at RCA
Studio B, Nashville for the "Clambake" film soundtrack sessions.
