New York-raised, Helsinki-based Eric Bibb has an amazing cultural pedigree. The son of noted entertainer and civil rights activist Leon Bibb, godson of Paul Robeson, and nephew of pianist John Lewis of the Modern Jazz Quartet, Eric naturally took to music, and today is one of the most respected traditional blues performers on the scene. His resonant, natural voice and compelling guitar playing make it hard not to be drawn into his performances from the very first note. In this concert, Eric Bibb is joined by regular collaborator, Grant Dermody on harmonica.
