This was an excellent show. Eric was dynamic, very entertaining,
in good voice and sometimes unintentionally hilarious. The band
was extremely tight and the lead guitarist was exceptionally great.
The crowd was amazingly respectful with a little talking here and
there but nothing really annoying. This was recorded from the
side of the stage about 40 feet away from Eric. (If Eric was at
center stage and center stage was in the center of an imaginary
clock face, the taper was located between 7 and 8 o'clock, about
40 feet out.) Hope that made sense.....For those of you who like
titles, I'll call this one "White Trash Bitch" - you'll understand
the title after listening to the whole show.
The last 5-10 seconds of Track 06 are missing (the tape ran out on
side A) and there was a tape switch during Track 12 ( hence the
two parts of THOTRSun) meaning a loss of ~ 10-15 seconds.
All other songs are complete. The recording contains very little if
any distortion and vocals & instruments come through very clearly.
If any titles are wrong, please post a correction. There's no artwork.
I didn't post a sample. I will perhaps later but am not real sure
how to do it & don't want to risk messing up the upload.
Please don't convert this to mp3, buy it or sell it. Please seed
it as long as you can. I don't know if very many people will want
this show but I hope you will like it. It's a very spirited
performance by a great band. CD 1 should end with Track 06.
Other than that, that's about all I can think of so have fun & as
Mr. Natural sez, don't freak out.....
