Created new md5 to account for the new artwork and text, but shn's remain unchanged so the values will remain the same for anyone who already has this.

Also, there was a 6th track on disc 2, an instrumental of inferior quality from the rest of the show, that was unaccounted for in the original text; I know I know it but can't quite place the song ; regardless the quality isn't as good as the rest of the show - slightly more hiss but still decent - (soundcheck possibly?) Any help would be appreciated.
