Comments from "On every bootleg"
In 1988 and 1989, Mark Knopfler joined Eric Clapton's band on the UK, USA, Canadian and Japanese concerts. Taken from the original silver pressed bootleg "Night of guitar magic". Nice sounding recording. This is the second show of the 25th Anniversary tour. Including a rare song called Edge of darkness. Complete concert.

My commentary: "Edge of darkness" its not the song we know from his record "24 nights", but a nice intrumental included in that BBC series music (composed by Eric Clapton and Michael Kamen). A part of this instrumental is used in many shows as a Layla intro, and titled as "A remark you made".
