Fleetwood Mac at the Rosemont Horizon, Rosemont Illinois, May 14th 1980

Here is yet again another personal favorite. This was the very first
gig at the Rosemont Horizon. Well... backup Christopher Cross was. People
wore construction hats because of the roof collapsing and killing three
workers delaying the opening. After C. Cross was finished, I groaned at
the whiplash of sound hitting the ceiling and slapping you in the face.
The venue later added hanging pillows on the West and East ceiling. This
recording has some beautiful sounding moments. But first let the sound warm
up and adjust to the boom boom room. I give this performance a easy EXC+.
I would like to give the sound a EXC+. At times it is. But the beginning
is a bit scary. This is one of those shows that is a easy listen from start
to finish. Stevie Nicks BEST and last great vocal year. The guitar and vocals
is nothing short of amazing. Hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

*This was the first night of two shows. I only have this night.*
