This is only the 6th Foo Fighters show with new drummer Josh Freese in place of the legendary Taylor Hawkins who died March 25th 2022.

The Foo were the last band I saw at this three-day festival, so my voice was pretty ruined by then (Sunday evening). That did however, not keep me from screaming my way through the show, which can be heard from time to time on the recording.
Your luck that I don't know a lot of Foo Fighthers lyrics!

I smoothed out the louder "YEAAAHH"s in Audacity, that is the only processing I did to my recording. I also patched the very beginning (four seconds) from a video recording from my phone. No particular reason, no particular value in those extra seconds. Just makes the show as complete as possible.

Part way trough "New Way Home", you'll hear me curse a bit, and the sound gets slightly worse for a short time. That is because a group of about 5 crowd surfers came right trough our area, which wasn't very crowded at that moment. So very few people had to carry all those crowd surfers for a few meters, not a whole lot of fun I can tell you.

Apart from those minor problems, the sound is fantastic, one of the best recordings I ever made.

The Band was in great mood, the drums were unbelievably loud, and Josh (the new drummer) did a great job. Rest In Peace Taylor...
