And what do you get here?
The first concert of the 1982 Paris trilogy, an enormous 1982 show with eleven, sometimes heavenly ragging, guitar solo's. Just hear Zoot Allures and that Packard Goose solo (Music is the best!). Minus are a rather clumsy solo in Bamboozled and a cut out in In France.
A difficult one to get on the tracker: four different Samples with three different amounts of the show, many rather fucked up tapes with a lot of cuts and various ways of completeness, and last but not least various sounding parts and also various speed on the tapes and almost every song and inside alsmost every song.
I found another small cut in Zoot Allures.
Drew51 does miss the entire C-side, but his source sounds far best. Hoosac92/Kristoftof and Chunga's Revenge have both exactly the same (source) on their tapes, which are most complete of all and of which CR's sounds better.
Yojimbo has two tapes rather more complete till Strictly Genteel but misses a few Encores also. The sound was close to CR's, a bit more clear but with less depth.
In samples it was choosen to build up as follows:
A-side and B-side from the tapes of Drew51, C-side from the tapes of Chunga's Revenge.
Fills/patches for all three sides from Yojimbo and where necessary from CR.

Patches where sometimes done for just a second or even half a second. Hey folks, it’s FZ after all!
After working many hours on this show, I found out that flambay better could have a look at every single track according speed corrections. Flambay did finish the editing and did new speed corrections if necessary. All tracks done allready by CR were re-aligned by flambay (minor re-tracking), to make sure there is no "graph jump" (> possible click) between tracks. Also done by flambay was a bit of phase offset adjustment on YJ patches by CR (on Zoot Allures, Nig Biz, King Kong).
All together and all involved and all samples included, this thing was at least 60 hours work to get it to you FZ lovers…
