ORIGINAL NOTES:
I was given this tape years ago & had forgotten about it until it dropped out of the rack.
I am convinced that the first two tracks are from another gig.
Any info and help on source would be most welcome.
Koss is on top form throughout and the band are cooking.
However the tape was very messy with gaps between all the songs which is why i've included the drumfill.
I put this up for Free completists. B? sound. Enjoy!

ok, let's sort this out....
In July 1968, the band was in London, still fighting to make a living, they had not even recorded their first album (which they started in October 1968). There is no record of any show to have taken place on July 27th.
The first time the band went to the States was in July 1969, when they supported the Blind Faith tour. While on that tour, they did perform a solo concert, indeed at the Boston Tea Party.
The date I have, according to David Clayton's wonderful Heavy Load book, is July 24th. On the 27th, they played a show with B.F in Chicago.
So even a mixup of the years is unlikely, the dates 1968.7.27 or 1968.7.27 do not exist in Freeland.
The tracks Walk In My Shadow, Moonshine, & Songs Of Yesterday are from Boston Tea Party July 24th 1969.
I have to check on the other ones, haven't downloaded yet.....
