Recorded by yours truly moving through the small crowd to the sweet spot, which unfortunately wasn't around. Overall sound on this show was sadly very muddy, and though it was getting
better after the forth song it went back to bad sound on the closing two tracks. Must've been the glowing sun and the heat that led the mixing guy to this. Tried to save here and there
on this recording, but not to any satisfying result. Sorry for that, but it was not in my hands and ears. A few pics are included as usual.

SPACEBANDIT'S DOWN HOME REVIEW...
Fourth time travelling on an annual road down to Siegerland (sorry just the name of the river...Sieg...not about winners...fyi). But before I start: Thank you FV Crew! Marvellous job done.
Almost everything went right and nice. Relaxed security/police and mighty grand friendly helpers on the ground!!! So do I make a cheer! THANKS FREAK VALLEY GUYS AND GIRLS!
Thanks to my close companions/friends Micha, Wolli, Martin and Jens. Think we had a great time there...even in the "hottest" moments...

*african heat! thunderstorm at app. 2am from fri->sat.

ADMISSION FEE:

Early Bird was 56 Euros, Later Birds was 66 Euros, including camping for free.
I think I should mention that this 2000+ audience festival was sold out months before!

Here's my first capture from the second day at lovely Freak Valley Festival 2015...and from the day in the glowing heat. Temperatures were almost up to day's limit on that friday noon,
and I can't remember a hotter day this year or on the previous three years there before. LUckily there were water hoses to cool down the boiling brain and - yeah - free water at the
beer booths. Also, the security was very laid back on what you brought in on fluids (except for alcohol, of course!). Anyway, as I've arrived just before this show, I had a bit of
struggle with my equipment, but I think I made it in time. Freedom Hawk is a band that I always wanted to hear live. Sincerely, I'm not to impressed about their older albums, but hell,
why not try them on stage. Musically they did not disappoint me, for the other reasons see above. This is straight heavy stoner with a psychy edge and a voice that reminds me of...well..
hmm, can't really remember, but you probably will know... right on, let the tape rollin' ... SB.
