My first time seeing GWAR and nearly died laughing. These guys were incredible: they opened with a skit featuring Joe Biden and a member of the Taliban that ended with Joe Biden's head getting cut off and the crowd getting doused in blood. There was quite a cast of characters for this performance: A redneck, a groupie, and competing space alien invaders. Plenty of red and green fluids were shot into the crowd from a variety of sources: a cannon, alien genitals, the characters as they got dismembered, etc. My buddy ran into the pit in the front and came back covered in liquids although I stayed in the back far away from the line of fire so my mics wouldn't get killed by stray alien blood. We did miss part of the beginning of the intro skit since we were running over from another band but I included everything that I captured.
