George Harrison & Friends
Royal Albert Hall, London, Monday, April 6, 1992
"Overexposed & Hypnotized" bootleg CD (very good sound) This source has not been on Dime in a while
George's last ever concert
Lineage: CDR trade - EAC - tlh - Dime
Not many recordings are in the 'must have' category. This is, period.
I can hear a joy here that is lacking from the 'contract job' feel in which the Japan shows were delivered, imho. I also tear up a little when listening to this, there was just something in the way he moved (us).
There is no Eric Clapton here but on the positive side also no "Wonderful Tonight" to suffer through. The closing of the main set works much better now, I feel, compared to the Japan set list, just by having "Isn't it a pity" and "Devil's Radio" trade places.
Dropped were "If I needed someone" and "Dark Horse".
