Lineage : 1st gen cassette from the "EP" VHS videotape master...
This show was broadcast on a local cable TV channel, and a relative of mine
taped it for me...EP, unfortunately...I do not know where the video is,
and have not for a very long time...I did have this cassette I made of
the audio portion, on an old BASF chrome tape...This is a fresh transfer
from my 26 year old tape...I eq'd it to the point I think it sounds pretty
good, considering the situation. Some hiss is present, but the enthusiastic
crowd covers it up quite well...Johnny Winter opened up, and my buddy and I
went to this show...A good time.
George Thorogood's best stuff is on display, his band is rockin', and the crowd
is loud and enthusiastic...A good night of rock and roll. Quite listenable.
