You don't see very many Thorogood audience tapes around from 1982.
This one sounds really good.
Kulttuuritalo translates to The House of Culture, opened in 1958.

Recording Notes:
There is a quick drop out during track 7 @ 1:46.
There are tape breaks after tracks 12, 14, 19.
The end of track 24 'Ride On Josephine' cuts off.
