Stripeydave says:
This one is thanks to a friend who was able to provide me with his recording as mine was fubar...
This was the first Gillian Welch show (at the new Largo at the Coronet) where she was the official headliner as opposed to another installment of the Dave Rawlings Machine... we were indeed treated to a lovely show with many favorites and a few truly amazing moments.
Hopefully this will tide you all over coming on the heels of their first show in Paris, while we all await the HSB set... hoping someone taped...
So keep your windows open please and try to upload as much as you download. I understand it may be tough on dialup, so if you can't, no worries... just try to share it with as many people as you can by other methods, preferably through random acts of kindness.
One last thing, if you like this show then please go out and buy their albums. You won't be disappointed. Support live Independent Music! The life you save will be your own!
