Notes:
Gin Blossoms were tapped to headline the Mason "Red, Rhythm and Boom" Festival.
This was a fun, good sounding show. One minor note - you may hear some children
playing beneath me during "Miss Disarray" and a few other songs. This was
obviously an all ages free event, so there were a ton of familes with their kids
in attendance. The show seemed like it was over before we knew it. There was no
encore and the band did not announce they were on their last song. They just
launched into "Hey Jealousy" and left the stage. There were some bass issues
during the first part of the show, but FOH made the adjustments after Robin asked
after "Break". I made some EQ adjustments to those first 8 songs, so its not
as noticeable during playback. It should all sound the same.
Lit opened. [recorded].
