--Thanks so much to Scott Bernstein for recording, mixing up & sharing this God Street Wine 2023 show & to Michael Weiss for hooking all this up so it could happen & Scott Brown for the use of the multitrack recorder. Absolutely Appreciated on all fronts & it sounds fantastic!!
--one detail that is implied, but not made entirely clear, by Scotty listing '4 channel time sync' is that he also did indeed time-align the split mics before he synced them with the SBD channels...this is totally how it should be done when splitting mics, especially ones split 30' apart--kudos!!
--this was the 1st show of a 2-night run for the band entitled "Wine & Smoke Filled My Head With Dreams" - in support of Mission Stadiums for Multiple Sclerosis...the next night (2023-10-01) went down at Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock, NY
--It had been 4 years since the band played, but they did not miss a step here
--this show was sold out
--Murky Currents Trio (Tom Pirozzi, Max Verna [both from Ominous Seapods] & Josh Himmelsbach) was the opening act
