recording notes: Overall , a good recording. Minimal crowd noise/chatter. I must of pulled my mic chord as two songs got split.(see note -under setlist).
I could not splice them together since it recorded into the HD card that way. Also, there is heavy bass, and bass drum ,distortion on Second Chance and the Drum Solo, as I placed my mics
on my arm chair and went and relieved my beer filled bladder . (I know, Yea, I know , thats a no no. But its either the Armchair, or take the mics with me )I got back
in time for proper placement for the brief guitar solo.
personal notes: A Free Concert put on by the U.S. Army Fort Benning Dictoriate of Family and Moral, Welfare and Recreation . (an , old school FREE of charge, Concert)
I've seen Mark Farner 3 times in the last 4 years and it was good to finally see/hear , Mel and Don's version of the GFR classics. I wish they would work out their differences
and do a re-union tour/gig.
concert notes: Excellent Performance. I sat left side the Soundboard and Camera Man against rail. (Best when Volume is Turned Up) .
Opened for REO Speedwagon
