Part of the "We The People Celebration" for the 200th Anniversary of the City of Philadelphia. The attached newspaper article explains more. This was a free concert @ 8:00 p.m. in the plaza in front of the Philadelphia Art Museum, sponsored by WYSP-FM. Grover Washington Jr. opened for Chicago. The taper was located somewhere stage left, and notes that his mics were kept lower than 8' for this set.
